This orchid is a very rare and critically endangered species from South Africa. The painting forms part of a series of indigenous orchids growing wildly at Coot Club Boutique Hotel. 50% of all proceeds are committed to the Coot Club Foundation in their conservation efforts of the Walker Bay Conservation Area.

The original artwork, painted with watercolour on vellum, is held in the Shirley Sherwood Collection at Kew Gardens, London.

Produced using Epson Ultrachrome HDX Pigment on Hahnemuhle art paper, it ensures archivability beyond 100 years when protected behind UV-protected glass. Limited edition print is approved, signed and numbered by the artist.
